From the Itaú application you can know how much money you have available and the movements in your account instantly without having to call or having to go to a branch; buy with QR; pay public and private services, cards and loans; transfer and everything you need from your cell phone at any time, from wherever you are.
To access the app, you need your access PIN and then to make transfers, payments and purchases you must enter your transaction PIN and have your iToken active, which you can generate when entering the app, in the “Security” section.
Make your money transfers at no cost to Itaú accounts, other banks, financial institutions and cooperatives from wherever you are and at any time.
Skip the lines and pay for all your public and private services, cards and loans from the app.

• You can select your favorites with the name you want so you don't have to search again for your next payments.
• Choose whether you want to pay with your account or credit card, even for invoices that are overdue.

Ratings and reviews

App stopped working after a long time of troublefree use. I tried to uninstall the program and reinstall it but it still won't work. The error message I get says, "unfortunately the app stopped working." "The app keeps stopping." I've sent feedback I haven't heard anything from the bank.

User friendly yet crashes frequently. Unable to click on a transaction and see details making it impossible to review who transfer was made to.

Constantly crashes when trying to access profile or settings. Magically got fixed when the dev replied. Working fine now
