App used to work really good. Never had a problem up until earlier this year with the last update. Now,it won't connect to my amp. It finds it when I manually scan but still won't connect. Still a great set of amps from Jensen. But the app is the clincher for the purchase and without it,well it's like buying half an amp....need more updates more often please. I own 3 of these amps and the app doesnt work for any of them unfortunately

Garbage! App doesn't work. Just recently purchased the amp and for (I think) 3 days it worked like a charm, 4th day which was a week a go it will not connect to my phone. Will not scan, pair..... you can't do anything on the app or it crashes! Very freaking frustrating since THATS THE ONLY WAY TO MAKE ANY ADJUSTMENTS TO THE AMP!!!! I should add I have cleared the cache, cleared the data amd even deleted and reinstalled the app and no difference!

The devs for this app are ruining this product! Surely they realize they have broken the app for many, if not all, of its users. Why not roll back the version on the play store to an earlier version until a fix can be found? As of now, anyone that updates, it breaks the app. So far this has been ignored by the devs and it is complete negligence on their part! Unbelievable. I will be returning my amp Monday if something isn't done to address this issue!
