Very bad upgrade because I don't see my international minutes any more. It gives me 0 while I have in fact 500. When I called ooredoo they said it's a problem with the new version of the app! The upgrade is supposed to solve issues not create ones. Now if I ran out of international minutes they will start charging me big money because they will fail to inform me and there is no way I can tell what are the remaining minutes. Looks like a devil plan to rip me off.

I'll edit my rating if Ooredoo cares about my billing problems. Ooredoo closed my account for no reason. Usually, I used Ooredoo credit as my Google payments, but this month, all my subscriptions declined, I did call the call centre, and they said the problem is from my app store setting. Nope! in a roundabout, Google said, " Ooredoo: the account is closed." Is this because I'm not willing to move to Hala shahry? the 3rd times I call the call centre, no one picks up.

worst app ever takes ages to recharge itself app is useless and I have to force stop each time or uninstall and install and still not working most of the time and slow. big disappointment
