The application was working perfectly , till recently Starting On july 14 - 2024 The App stopped working I deleted the App and i reinstalled it But it stucks in the loading logo In both Android and IOS I called the customer service And no solution

Ooredoo!! Ooredoo! Ooredooooo!!! I'm fuming! I can't access the app at all. I've tried over several days and it keeps saying "can't process transaction try again later" how am I meant to withdraw money since I need to enable withdrawal on the app? You don't even tell me what the problem could be so that I can fix it! The app is updated, there's plenty of space in my phone, wifi speed is fast, I've rebooted my phone too.

Earlier it was the best app but now I would say the worst app that I am using. my transaction is stopped since February but no response is received. I have filed a complaint more than a dozen times but no response...
