Very disappointing app, i sent money in my country and they didn't receive it until now, the customer service said that the money transfer i used TRANSFAST have technical problems globally, the problem why they didn't announce that there is problem or inconvenience that time so i can choose other money transfer because there is other choices. So if there is an emergency you can't do anything but to wait, never send money if its emergency. You'll never know if there's an issue.

The customer service is very poor and it's been a week since I have requested to increase the limit with attached documents but still no response yet and I personally say, they don't respect the customer's value and time. it's really annoying me 😭😭😭 and I guess, they will reply this feedback response soon

one of the best apps in qatar , i was struggling before i knew this app, this one works almost as same as famous banks such us revolut. it provides the ability to create virtual cards seamlessly , it allows also to pay hayya entry visa. may be the next step is to to have the ability to add the virtual cards to google pay that would be better, i know that apple pay is supported but google pay is also widely used.
