The customer service is very poor and it's been a week since I have requested to increase the limit with attached documents but still no response yet and I personally say, they don't respect the customer's value and time. it's really annoying me 😭😭😭 and I guess, they will reply this feedback response soon

Charging 2 to 5 Riyals even for local wallet-to-wallet transfers on Ooredoo Money is completely unfair. When you already charge for cards and international transfers, why charge for local transfers too? This fee should be removed immediately."😞😞
