The customer service is very poor and it's been a week since I have requested to increase the limit with attached documents but still no response yet and I personally say, they don't respect the customer's value and time. it's really annoying me 😭😭😭 and I guess, they will reply this feedback response soon

one of the best apps in qatar , i was struggling before i knew this app, this one works almost as same as famous banks such us revolut. it provides the ability to create virtual cards seamlessly , it allows also to pay hayya entry visa. may be the next step is to to have the ability to add the virtual cards to google pay that would be better, i know that apple pay is supported but google pay is also widely used.

Technical failures and clueless people Transfers keep failing with zero explanation. Support is polite but useless. They don’t respond to emails or fix the issue. I paid fee to transfer money from account to OM and now I have to pay fees just to get my money back. They’re profiting off their own glitch. What a mess! Should have stuck with WU.
