Very disappointing app, i sent money in my country and they didn't receive it until now, the customer service said that the money transfer i used TRANSFAST have technical problems globally, the problem why they didn't announce that there is problem or inconvenience that time so i can choose other money transfer because there is other choices. So if there is an emergency you can't do anything but to wait, never send money if its emergency. You'll never know if there's an issue.

The customer service is very poor and it's been a week since I have requested to increase the limit with attached documents but still no response yet and I personally say, they don't respect the customer's value and time. it's really annoying me 😭😭😭 and I guess, they will reply this feedback response soon

This application is better for investing in your country's Rupees, it gives a good exchange rate. I would like to suggest to all of you that this application is very good, you should invest money for your country and family through it.
