Very disappointing experience with Ooredoo Money and Western Union. A minor 2-digit account number error resulted in my money being credited to another account. Despite reporting the issue immediately and following up multiple times, I was repeatedly redirected between Western Union and the receiving bank without any resolution. Poor customer support, lack of accountability, and no effective assistance when it matters most. A service built on trust should do better.

Very disappointing app, i sent money in my country and they didn't receive it until now, the customer service said that the money transfer i used TRANSFAST have technical problems globally, the problem why they didn't announce that there is problem or inconvenience that time so i can choose other money transfer because there is other choices. So if there is an emergency you can't do anything but to wait, never send money if its emergency. You'll never know if there's an issue.

dont ever use this app if you want your money. been a month now.i just did a local transfer from ooredoo wallet to dukhan bank of 664 riyals. until now its not been credited. i keep calling customer care after 24 to 48 hrs as the customer care advice but no results. the only reply i get its under investigation. the customer care agent are like robots and give standard replies like "its under investigation" or "kindly contact back after 24 to 48hrs or you'll get an update within this time frame".
