The app is great. However, the team responding to requests are not up to the mark, I have requests with almost two months with many back and forths. I don't think the team is yet ready to support such great idea instead ruining it's reputation and rating. Hope management have a closer look at team responding to requests.
Frustrating. Cannot login. Always get Network request failed error. On same phone, I can login to Tawtheeq website using same username, password. But this app just refused to go beyond login screen. Would be helpful if provide some context to error messages or some alternate action. As of now I am unable to go past this network request failed error.

App's auto national address detect is not working properly. Even the address updated in metrash 13 days before is still not getting updated in the app. I opened a ticket and i didn't get a response yet. No option to view the ticket status. When called in 107, they are saying they don't have any information about the app.

And if you can provide to us your Request No. we can check for your request status. Thank you.
