I'm getting an alert - "something went wrong please try again qid not found in the postal code in token". while logged in to the Nar'aakom application. I have tried so many times .

I have registered, it kept telling me my name is not valid, finally figured out there was a single space after name. I have no idea what my username is, I tried the email but it is not working, not able to use this app at all

i am having app access problem, from NAS, i am logged in, but when the i am back to narakoum, its says something went wrong, can anyone help me with this issue?
