I understand that some companies find ways to take money from customers, but not in such a cheap and disappointing way. I was charged 200 Qatari Riyals because they only offer 3 fixed packages. Then, after a while, my balance suddenly disappeared! When I contacted them, they said the balance expires after 90 days?! Seriously?! So basically, they just take the money and put it in their pocket. Totally unacceptable and unprofessional.

I usually ride from home to the gym for 8-10 minutes. It used to cost me around 4-5 qar .. i suddenly started to notice that I've been charged 10-12 qar for the same ride. When i asked, they said we raised the prices! Well, you can't make people fill their app wallet for a minimum of 150, thinking that it's 0.5 per min, then you raise it to the double! This is a scam!

One of the worst experiences you may encounter ever, app arbitrary withdraws money from your wallet, and customers service does not reply in time andalusia mistake while refunding. I have been charged three times for a 6 minutes ride twice worth 25.14 riyals each and once worth 3 riyals, and customers service does not reply in messages and keeps delaying the refunding for days.avoid using this app guys you will be disappointed!!!
