Terrible charging issue — needs fixing Tried using WER2 today and had a really bad experience. The ride took a long time to even start, and after we paused it, the app still deducted almost my entire wallet balance. When that balance should’ve hit zero, it silently charged my card for an additional amount — even though there was no usage at all during that time. This is unacceptable

bad application, you should not use this app, the fare suddenly change and take your credit/ debit automatically, if you not change the setting and balance below 5 qar

First it asked me to have 2 QAR to unlock the bike. I added and when i tried again it said your balance should be min 5 to start the ride 😅, bro you could've told this earlier. And the minimum amount you can add is 50 QAR.
