​The app is a trap. Once you order, there’s no way to cancel or edit, even if the branch is overwhelmed. I was promised a 15-min wait, but it took 40! The staff claimed they couldn't help and sent me to a "customer service" that takes days to respond. You’re basically forced to pay for a service you didn't receive on time. Terrible UX and zero accountability. Avoid.

stuck on a bug asking for location permission. now matter what I do it's still stuck and kicks me out. update . it has been months and still isn't fixed. the buying experience gets worse.

I've been using this app for a very long time. The so-called gifts and promotions never ever ever ever work. It is the most frustrating app I have, and the only reason I don't uninstall it is because my kids once every few months want to drink this. They actually behave like they are a monopoly and they have no competition.
