i had a problem backing-up my chats for 3 whole weeks. contacted support multiple times to no avail, then they had the brilliant idea to tell me to delete the app from my old phone when no other suggestions worked, I asked "what would happen to my data?" they said it will be fine when i reinstall. when i tried to reinstall it on my old phone? it doesn't reinstall. i tried every method on the Internet... nothing worked. so i logged in on my new phone, what happened? my whatsapp is EMPTY. and when

Terrible! My GOD! I actually paid a full year's subscription for this app, and it is an absolute disaster. I've never experienced so many ads in my life! I could understand if it were not a paid app, as that would encourage me to buy it, but I did buy it, and damn! I want all my money back!

been using it for a month and no more than 4 messages..that too already existing..kindly refund. Just dropped an email from my registered id that goes like this.. Urgent Refund Request - Subscription Issues As noted in my review on March 20, 2026, I have been using the service for a month and have not received any new messages. The app is only displaying four pre-existing messages, which makes the service unusable for my needs. I have attached a screenshot of my message interface as proof.
