Hello WhatsApp Team, I'm facing an issue with WhatsApp Business. Whenever I try to send a song to a customer and search for the song name, the app suddenly crashes and closes. This happens repeatedly, making it difficult for me to share files with my customers. Please investigate and fix this issue as soon as possible. Thank you.

1. There should be a feature for saving videos contacts save on status directly instead of always going to status saver or screen recording or begging please send😭😂 2. Another feature for having a play track for a video posted on status. so that if you didn't get one thing, you can go back instead of replaying from the beginning 3. Please look into the two-step verification issue and urgently rectify the challenges customers are currently facing. I changed my two-step verification to the stronger security option that allows an alphanumeric PIN. However, when I opened WhatsApp to set it up, I was presented with an interface that only allows numbers. Customers should not have to bear the brunt of a system upgrade. I have been unable to access my WhatsApp Business account for an entire week because of this issue.
