it's helpful when it decides to work. the app randomly will show "sorry we can't find you a ride" at any time on any day no matter how far in advance. I've had to contact raba multiple times now to try to figure out the issue. uninstalling the app and reinstalling doesn't fix it either. rather odd app

the bus drivers are wonderful. adopting this system however, has ripped 5 separate bus lines out and replaced them with like twelve four seater vans, meaning wait times of 45 minutes at minimum

trying to figure out where I'm at, what route I need, closest stop to me, and what it will cost me is damn near imposable the way it is set up now! I can't find out anything and I sure would like to go home today but it's not gonna happen. don't bother with the apps, take an uber!
