5 GODDAMN TIMES NOW I'VE PUT THE PINS FOR PICKUP/DROP OFF SOMEWHERE, AND ONE OF THEM ALWAYS GETS CHANGED AND I HAVE TO RUN TO CATCH THE GODDAMN SHUTTLE Raba replacing route 5 with runabout is the most inefficient and biggest mistake they've ever done. This complicates getting places for a lot of people,myself included. Even the drivers hate these changes!

can't use anymore. after updating it won't let me use my phone number. it says the number is connected to another account. i never got a password so i can't log in that way either 😡

Are you kidding me city of Redding and Raba. What a waste of money you've spent on this half assed app. You people suck at your jobs. A five year old can make a better app. That actually works.
