Very buggy app! First time using it hung on "Processing your request." After waiting 5 minutes, I had to close and reopen it. Then my requested ride doesn't even show up in the app. I don't get any instructions on when the ride is supposed to arrive. I had to call in to ask because the app wouldn't show me the ride I booked, but the app somehow knew I booked a ride. The first time I called in, I calmly explained the issue I was having and how I needed help, and the call went silent w/ no help

I love how cheap the service is however I always have problems with the app and when you call customer service they are not from Utah where this is based, so they have no idea what I'm talking about half the time. And I will get set up with a new ride all the sudden and it's a longer wait time and I called asked and they lie to me saying that the car is having issues but then I'll cancel, get the original driver that was supposedly having car issues. They picked me up and said it's the app

You cannot drop a pin and have that actually be the pickup spot. Even though the vans have a dedicated sign to pick up at, the app will tell them to go to the parking lots. And in one case at Draper Frontrunner station, the pickup location was a completely separate parking lot that was a 5 min walk, when there is a perfectly good train station they can pick me up at! But other than that, it works.
