How does UTA On Demand work?
UTA On Demand is an on-demand travel concept that takes multiple passengers heading in the same direction and books them into a shared vehicle. Using the UTA On Demand app, input your address and we’ll match you with a vehicle going your way. We’ll pick you up on a nearby corner and drop you off within a short walk of your chosen destination.

Completely useless. This app used to be okay; you could get a driver within a few minutes, which was as easy as that. However, now whenever I try to use it, I can't even get a driver at all, and the app is constantly shutting down on me. What is the point of public transportation when there's never a driver available or you simply can't get the app to work.

too often I will be transferred to multiple different vehicles, being forced to wait until right before the driver is supposed to pick me up just to have to wait another 20-40 minutes for the next vehicle to do the same. the idea is good but the execution it terrible and it's completely unreliable, id rather we put this funding into more busses.

I love how cheap the service is however I always have problems with the app and when you call customer service they are not from Utah where this is based, so they have no idea what I'm talking about half the time. And I will get set up with a new ride all the sudden and it's a longer wait time and I called asked and they lie to me saying that the car is having issues but then I'll cancel, get the original driver that was supposedly having car issues. They picked me up and said it's the app
