rnt.am collects ads for rent and sale of housing in Yerevan from open telegram channels and brings them to one view.

We don't write ads. Once every fifteen minutes, the collector reads the channels, sorts out the posts on the field — price, district, street, room, area, floor, term, deposit, commission — and compiles them into one list. You can contact the author where he published the advertisement.

WHAT DOES THIS DO?

• One search instead of ten channels. Filters by district, price, number of rooms, term, commission and deposit — that's not in the channel.
• Map. The ad is in its place, and if the address is not known accurately, it is shown in a spot, not a point. We don't invent a house we don't know.
• Price in context. Each ad shows how much it is more expensive or cheaper than the median of its area.
• Analytics. Median and price spread by district, price per square meter, distribution and flow of new ads by day.
• Shortlist. Понравившееся is postponed and not lost.
• Dubli. One and the same object published in several channels is collapsed into one card.

SUBMIT YOUR ANNOUNCEMENT

You can insert text that you have already written for your channel. разбор выстачит из него поля and ask only what is not found in the text. Photos are added from the phone, coordinates are cut out of their metadata. The announcement is published after verification by the moderator and hangs for thirty days.
