BT Go is Banca Transilvania's newest internet and mobile banking solution, which innovatively blends banking and business services in a single ecosystem. BT Go is dedicated exclusively to companies (legal entities and self-employed individuals).

• Generate and download monthly or daily account statements;
• Download the list of transactions in PDF or CSV format and have your statements available in MT940 format;
• Download monthly statements for your accounts in the last 10 years, all in one convenient ZIP file;
• View all the company cards, issue new cards, block them or change transaction limits;
• Reissue the PIN code for a card directly from the app;
• Open classic and negotiated deposits and quickly open savings accounts;

• e-Factura - log in to your SPV account, send your invoices automatically and track the processing by ANAF. Additionally, view all the invoices received via SPV in the app;
• Pay incoming invoices quickly, while also enjoying multiple payment functionalities - select and send up to 5 invoices for payment at once;
• Invoices are automatically linked to payments and collections, so you always have an up-to-date overview of your finances;
• Download invoices directly from the banking app whenever you need and send them to your customers.

Ratings and reviews

The app this replaces BT24 and sister app BT Pay worked perfectly with biometrics on my device. This one even months after I reported the issue directly still is not fix. It is frustrating to go back in time as tech level after you get used to it being easy to confirm with biometrics. Waiting for a fix, but started looking into other banks apps for my businesses.

My password stopped working after a while. I guess it expired, although I didn't get any notification about it. When I reset it, I had to use both an SMS code and app verification, which is cumbersome. Other banks rely on app verification only, which is enough for 2FA. I live abroad and SMS from BT doesn't work sometimes.

Please bring back the functionalities from NeoBT. Replacing a working app with one that barely does the job makes no sense. Despite constant maintenance and claims of “continuous improvement,” the new app feels like an alpha version built by people who never had to use it. The largest bank in Romania should deliver stable, polished products. Please stop replacing things that work with things that don’t.
