About this app
The official application exposes the functionality of the CT Bike public bicycle system. To work, the application needs an internet connection and (optional) access to your location.
The purpose of the application is to make it easier for smartphone owners to access the CT Bike system's bike map. This allows you to see in real time the number of bikes available, the number of free gates and the status of each station. Another useful feature is identifying the nearest station of your location.
Moreover, when renting a bicycle, the timer starts automatically so you are informed at any time how many free minutes you have at your disposal. 5 minutes before the expiry of the 120 free minutes you are also notified so you can avoid delay penalties. This extremely useful functionality is available on the Constanta Map page.
The menu also contains information specific to your account such as: the routes made, the information messages sent by the CT Bike platform, card information.
If you want to call the CallCenter service, the application provides a quick option to call this service, available daily from 7 to 24.
