Awful constantly have issue with all the banking apps. There are constant updates that don't appear are requiring update, have to go in each app to check. I dread using them all, especially when revalidation is required. I visit the branch every month for help, calling help desk is torture, depends on the operative, one or two are great, most are poor especially in English.

The app crashes regularly. When it does not crash it will deactivate itself and I'm sent to the activation process over and over. The only way to get out of this loop is to uninstall and install it once again. Only then will start working for a few times and then once again back to square one. And, we're not your Q/A team to send back testing scenarios, we're your customers. When most of the comments are negative, then clearly you need to test your apps.

very difficult application. it asks me very often to update it, it crashes when you need more. She asked me to update her and instead of logging in, she deactivated my account. He sends me 2-3 times to follow the same steps.so that I can log in, the only solution I found 3 or 4 times so far was to uninstall my application and reinstall it. With the update it doesn't work at all. It's like a closed circuit. I follow the same steps and it goes at the same point. I do not recommend.
