Almost every time I try to do a transfer in the app I encounter an error, a technical issue or some poor excuse like this and I am not able to transfer my money. Updates one after another a d not one thing improved. I started withdrawing my whole salary and use my money in cash so that they are not blocked by this poor excuse for an app,and also I am considering changing the bank all together. Worst experience, do not download

Changing your phone means a complete bank account black out. In order to activate the profile on the new device, you are advised to scan the QR code delivered. But when you scan the QR code, you receive a stunning response that there was no request to activate the account so your account might get locked out if you continue. Maximum stupidity

this app failed just like every other Raiffeisen app. They started saying that the device is rooted, although it isn't and now they just crash. I went to a Raiffeisen branch and they told me it's the device's fault, although every other banking app from other banks works just fine. In their opinion people's devices are to blame for their terrible apps
