Ratings and reviews

They randomly cancelled my renewing subscription without a word, and only notified me when I lost access because I "didn't pay" the invoice. That invoice doesn't exist, because they cancelled the renewal. I then tried to contact them: the in-app chat says they usually reply within a few hours. That was a week ago. Couple days later I submitted a ticket, to which they supposedly respond within 1-3 days. That was over 3 days ago, I'm still waiting. 0/10

If i could leave less than 1 star that would fit perfectly the app's rating. I couldn't log in because the app said I was logged in on multiple accounts (totally not true) and I was left out at the gym because of this. Also there is absolutely no customer support, no way to fix this issue. Thank you 7card for throwing me a chat that says it is outside working hours. Also, horrible ads spam. Last time using it. -1 customer for your shareholder value escalating costs.

I had a problem with my account and the customer support in basically inexistent. I messaged them in a number of ways and nothing. Horrible company. Dont give them your money please
