Extremely poor experience using your app . You could do better, I cannot use my fingerprint for autentification, plus the password is changed at random by your system. This is not Forth Knoxs guys , is a fitness app. I believe your IT department needs to get a grip on the reality of the on line environment. Maybe you'll need to do something about it!

The app doesn't have the biometric authentication option implemented, but we will consider your feedback. However, the password cannot be changed automatically, so we recommend contacting the reception/club manager to check when and who changed your password.

It would be 5 stars, but in the first picture displayed here in the play store, the menu has an option "capacity status" that does not appear in the app. Besides that, everything functioning fine.

Hello, If it is possible to upgrade the app, so that we can book more classes in one day. At the moment, we can only do 2. But I, for example, go to yoga and aqua gym in the morning, but I also want to go to pilates and yoga in the evening after 18:30. And I can not. I know that I can book for the evening ones, only after I check in at the 2 classes already booked previously, in the morning, but the seats are taken, and we are put on the waiting list and there are no more places. Thanks
