The app no longer shows how much mobile data I have left, which is a basic and essential feature. There is also no option to download invoices or check which bills I have paid and which ones are still unpaid. Because of this, the app has become completely useless. The user experience is very poor, and the app feels unfinished and unreliable. Overall, it’s a terrible app that no longer serves its purpose.

Dobar dan, molimo da nam se obratite putem mejla mtsinfo@telekom.rs i dostavite nam printsc. ekrana na kome je vidljivo da nema navedenih podataka u aplikaciji, korisničke podatke i kontakt telefon kako bismo izvršili proveru.

Anyone switch to Yettel! MTS is the worst telekom in Serbia. It said that prepaid plans should prolong in case I have enough credit, but that doesn't work. I can't buy anything via mobile app as well as via webapp, it just redirects to the main page and that's it. The support system is awful, for 5 days they we're playing ping-pong without any action taken.

The reason for the low rating is that every once in a while, sometimes even once a week, the app logs you out, does not work, does not send the confirmation code when you want to log in... Pitty, it is (could be) a nice & useful app in general but not reliable at all and it has been very frustrating for some time...
