Best weight loss app! I love it - it has so many features! From recording your daily food & water intake, exercise, mood, weight and more. It's so easy to use and the hints are actually interesting. One of the best features which really makes it stand out from the crowd is the ability to choose a diet to follow (I'm doing low carb so I chose Atkins but there is a good variety available). Once your plan is chosen the app offers suggestions for each meal! I would love to see alternative themes but other than that it's perfect.
We shall see Just started. Only thing is the way it tracks your food is weird. Instead of actual cups it gives you portions so im literally guessing so i feel that is not great on tracking
Great except for one thing. It would be more convenient if I could switch between screens when entering information for new food. For example trying to enter info from internet to the app about a restaurant Item
Great app! Only thing that can be confusing is the measurement for the foods. I would rather have ounces or pieces vs small, medium, and large to choose from
Awful Has an annoying ad at the bottom, no barcode scanner like many other aps. The first thing I tracked was porridge and it logged 50g of oats as 44 kcal. There is too much going on in the app.
one of the best apps I've used to help with weight loss. I can see how much I've eaten and stay within my allowance it's also good to see the weight loss on the chart it gives you a boost only thing is you have to be honest
The initial weight can be changed in settings. The daily calorie norm can be manually adjusted when you are using the nutrition program.
