It was okay but as I'm living in the UK a lot of things I wanted to add weren't on there. Sad really. That and I have been using it along side their recipe Calendar, they don't even cross reference. The recipes don't exist with this app. Will find something that gives me more variety. Thanks anyway :)
it is simple and good as i changed my mobile but was not registered previously i need to start again from zero. The current free version has restricted many options which were previously free eg. calorie counter / weight graphs. water reminder...this was a little disappointing. in general app is quite good
This has been my best tool in my weight loss journey to keep track of everything from my weight, calories, water intake, exercise. I have never done this well before because I have never been able to calculate all my daily weight loss attributes before bit this app does it all for me and I can see my progress or my backslides in one useful app. I highly recommend it.
I like it, relatively easy to use, good amount of foods. My only complaint would be trying to figure out grams of liquids. It would be much easier to use volume measurements rather than measurements of weight. Apart from that, all the other parameters and entries are easily done. I appreciate the reminders, which keep me thinking about my goals.
I used to have a lot of issues keeping track of what I ate , when I ate it , how much and if I even ate that day - however , when I got this app , I know when , what and how much this had helped me lose weight in a very healthy way I have so far lost 3 pounds in a week by following one of there diet and work out plans - the plans are very manageable , therefore it makes weight lost easy to achieve.
I wish there were more diverse options for training. And the food log choices are not as good as some other apps.

- The daily calorie norm can be manually adjusted when you are using the nutrition program.
