Once you put money to your wallet, you think that you can use it. But you cannot! Cannot get a refund unless you go through a paid verification process, which is charged around 4 euro (if you are located in certain countries of course). If you are not located in Russia, you should forget your money. Moreover will get no help, no service. Sounds like a scam, right? But it is real. This app shouldn't have a place in Google play store at all!

Qiwi is a great app. But you need a phone number from a SUPPORTED COUNTRY! The people commenting that there is no english... It does not include only Russia. Countries that are supported are mostly Russian speaking countries. You do not NEED to read Russian to use this app. I don't even speak the language and I have no problems. There are lots of helpful icons for topping up another wallet or transferring money.

Easy to manage and to use (QIWI cards are accepted in many places, it's easy to pay online with the virtual card in case the wallet is not listed as a payment option. The app is customizable and useful. The only downside is the commission for transfers from/to other banks and commission for cash withdrawal.
