Ratings and reviews

I have tried logging in more than 100 times using two different phone numbers. I also contacted customer support, but they only gave the same instructions and my issue is still not resolved. Every time I try to log in, I never receive the OTP SMS. I also tap "Get New Code," but nothing happens. Please stop sending the same replies and actually investigate this issue. Your team needs to fix the OTP problem because many users are unable to access their accounts.

You have to put English or other language translation easily, within the app to enable international conversations, this has to be possible regardless of a person country they should have ability to see content in the languages they choose not default. also in the countries where you have opened the app officially, the people there still struggle to just sign up. solve these things.

I have been trying to sign in to the app for the past 3 days, but I am unable to receive the OTP code either via SMS or Phone Call. Phone number sign-in appears to be the only login option available. Despite multiple attempts using a Pakistani phone number, no verification code arrives. Please investigate and fix this OTP delivery error for users in Pakistan so we can sign in successfully.
