Очень удобное приложение. Не раз пользовался все отлично, без нареканий.

Оплатил товар на сайте. В указанный срок его не привезли. Служба поддержки не могла разобраться что с заказом(в смс пришла информация что товар передан в службу доставки), после чего сказали что оказывается оплаченного на сайте товара нет в наличии и я сам виноват, ибо это предзаказ, а доставку оплаченного предзаказа компания не гарантирует и в таком случае делает возврат. Я всё же не понял данной политики, и зачем потратил деньги, время и нервы на такой отвратительный сервис.
