The Unified Digital Card for Residents of the Ryazan Region (UDC) is a debit contactless bank card with a unique package of additional opportunities for residents of the Ryazan Region. It can be used as a bank, transport or social card, library card, electronic pass, intercom key and ski pass. The project partners complement the digital ecosystem of the ECC with a special loyalty program that provides discounts on a wide range of goods and services.
The UmKA card is part of the unified information system of the ECC, which is not associated with banking services and can be used as a transport card for an automated fare payment system on regular transport routes in the city of Ryazan.
In the mobile application "ETSK-UMKA Ryazan Region" you can:
- Find out the latest project news and receive notifications of innovations.
- Check the balance of the transport part of the cards and remove them from the stop list.
- Quickly and safely top up the transport part of the cards.
- Find the nearest points for issuing and replenishing cards.
- Find out about partners providing discounts and bonuses to cardholders.
- Contact customer support via the feedback form and get answers to your questions about using cards.
Important! To replenish the transport part of the cards and select tariffs, Internet access and registration in the application are required. When choosing the "Travel Ticket" tariff, you must activate it by placing the card on the payment terminal in public transport. If activation occurs before the 15th (inclusive), the pass will be recorded for the current month. If the registration takes place on the 16th, the pass will be recorded for the next month.
