The main screen displays your daily balance: intake, expenditure, and remaining calories to your goal. You always understand where you are—not at the end of the week, but right now.
Flexible plan management
Adjust your daily calorie intake for a specific day—a holiday, a fasting day, or a workout. The plan adapts to your life, not the other way around.
Weight Tracker and Statistics
Track your weight and monitor your progress on a graph: by day, week, or month. Slimba will show you how much you have left to reach your goal and your weight loss rate.
