Do Not use this app . They don't return money back but it will be held with them , you can use only 18% of it for ypur booking 🙄🙄🙄. Spam app . Don't download it . Use ostrovok . Its much better.

Мошенники, которых продвигает тинькофф-банк, предлагая 50% кешбэк на оплату услуг этих мошенников. Не возвращают деньги при отмене брони. Схемв проста - предоплата за бронь считается по их соглашению платой за пользование их сайтом. При отмене деньги падают на виртуальный счет какими-то "твил-рублями". Вернуть можно только через судебный иск по ЗоЗПП.

Добрый день. При бронировании на каждом объекте жилья указано, что вы можете отменить бронь до 18:00 в день заезда для повторного бронирования на сайте. На других сайтах деньги возвращаются в срок до 30 дней и еще дольше. Это неудобно, поэтому мы реализовали другую, удобную для туристов и владельцев модель. Мария, менеджер по качеству, ТВИЛ
