Fasten is a new ride-hailing service. It makes getting around the city easy and affordable.


• Service classes for any occasion

Fasten is for when you want to pay less and get picked up fast. For more comfortable trips, choose Comfort or Comfort+ for spacious cars with a smooth ride. When you're in the mood for something special, choose Business class. These cars don't have any branding, come with free bottled water and phone chargers, and drivers have a strict dress code and are more attentive to your preferences. For even more affordable rides with other users, choose the Share class. When you're riding with children, choose Kids for cars with child safety seats and booster seats. And when you need the fastest pickup, the Fastest service class is your perfect choice.


• Easy payment

You can pay in cash or by card and see the price before the ride starts.


• Stops along the way

Want to stop by the store or pick up a friend? No problem! Just enter the addresses in the app and Fasten will automatically map the optimal route and instantly calculate the total price. You can add up to three stops.


• Ride history

Check all the details from any of your past rides. Plus, if you forget your hat or headphones in a car, contact the driver directly in the app up to 24 hours after the ride.


• Favorites and suggestions

Take a lot of rides to the same places? Add them to your Favorites to easily select them in the future without having to enter them manually every time. Our system also automatically shows the best location on the map for quicker and more affordable pickups.


• Everything you need, nothing you don't

Fasten is just for rides. No extra buttons or app sections.


Fasten is available in 160+ cities across Russia, including Moscow, St. Petersburg, Novosibirsk, Yekaterinburg, Nizhny Novgorod, Kazan, Chelyabinsk, Omsk, Samara, Rostov-on-Don, Ufa, Krasnoyarsk, Perm, Voronezh, Volgograd, Krasnodar, and Sochi.

The dark mode setting was finally introduced in the latest update. But it does nothing.

Only work for super short and easy rides. In case of variables, you can, t be sure on the price, the timing and even the route. Today they showed me a more a faster route which is also more expensive - but the ride took a usual longer route, as for the one I've been offered while ordering I had to pay extra even to that price. Found it out in the car already. Why not to show the real route at the real cost??? And the support is so helpless every time.

I installed this app and ordered a cab .. the driver went to different point than my location .. the app gave wrong location .. chat with the driver to reach me on couple of roads distance .. he refused and charged me full amount Rubles 680. The rate was more expensive than other company and not as good as others. I didn't like the treatment and deleted the app. Bad service.
