About this game

A lovely evening takes an evil twist, as you wake up locked up in the lab of the psychopathic Dr. Holmes. Can you and your friend escape the lab before you end up as the subject of one of his experiments?

Escape Lab is a free escape room game for 2 players. It is played online, with the two players either physically sitting together or playing in their own homes. The game requires constant communication (e.g. voice call) to be played.

* Play with a friend, spouse, or a family member
* Co-operate to solve puzzles and escape the lab
* Witness the horrid experiments conducted by Dr. Holmes, and use all your wit to avoid ending up in one of them
* Dark, scary atmosphere with beautiful graphics
* Interact with objects by tapping on them. Join your partner by tapping on the Partner Location icon on the top left
* Available for all major mobile devices, Android or iOS
* It takes on average 1.5-2 hours to escape, and the game can be stopped and resumed at any time

So, at first my husband and I enjoyed the thrill and excitement of trying to escape but after working on one clue for over an hour, having to call it a night and retry the next day, we solved the puzzle and the game was over. To play chapter two you have to pay $2 which isn't bad, until you think about how short chapter one was. Just wasn't a fan.

overall fun. at some point, you get really bored trying to solve the puzzles because you just can't predict or know what's expected of you. there's no logical reasoning or flow between the puzzles. in other words, they don't make sense. mt BF and had some fun, but by the end, we grew very bored and just wanted to get it over with. overall, thanks for the experience and good luck!

Spoilers ahead. The idea of multiplayer but basically interacting with each other's items made it confusing sometimes. I would make it so each player has individual inventories and you would have to ask the other player to bring x item to the right spot. It would make it more fluid. Also, we were able to beat the game without finding one of the numbers as we already had 2 numbers and knew where the two should go. So we just guessed on the last one. This shouldn't be possible even though we did it
