A stillhetsapp for high school students!
The app My peace is designed to give high school students the tools to feel calm and balance the demands and stress. Here are four different types of exercises that will help you find your calm - calm, touch, reflection and movement. The app beyond mindfulness-based stillness exercises also other features designed to help you identify when you are feeling calm, how you experience the stillness of body and mind, and how you can spread peace to others.
The idea for My calm came from high school students, who, having practiced stillness and mindfulness wanted to teach the peace they have found to hustling friends and family. Your app's content is based on research and experience. It has been created through a collaboration between educators in silence, scientists, high school students and their teachers.
The app is created within the project My peace, supported by the Swedish Inheritance Fund. Sender and principal is a nonprofit organization Dream of the good, with 22 years of experience in teaching the stillness and mindfulness in kindergarten and school.
