With the MAX app you can order and pay for your food with your mobile phone.

Locate Max restaurants, customise burgers and save orders as favourites.

All food is made-to-order. When your order is completed, the order number will turn green in the app and on the order ready board in the restaurant. Simply show your order number to the staff when collecting the order.

Ratings and reviews

Don't use the app if you live in Copenhagen—they make it seem like everything in the app is on sale, when it's not, and they end up using Wolt to deliver the food. There are often deals on Wolt and it's faster with accurate tracking. The Wolt tracking link when ordered through the Max app is often incredibly wrong and updates constantly with arrival being 2, 4, 3, 2, 5, 4, 5... minutes left until delivery and before you know it, an hour has passed by.

worthless app. I went to Max near solna centrum, one of few open until 6am, and tried for 10 min to order via the app. it would not let me, at payment it kept saying "double check restaurant"... once again mcdonald's does it better. I will not use or oder at max again until it's fixed. you lost another customer.

I tried to register an account. But it failed with the error "your password does not satisfy our requirements". But I was not told WHAT THE PASSWORD RULES ARE. Why does an app for buying burgers need elaborate password rules? And why are those rules secret? App is unusable since I can't even register a user account.
