I'm disappointed with this app. I wish I knew from the very beginning. I have been fined on the train because their card doesn't have SL logo! I have sent several emails to support for two days , no reply. Now I have to pay the fine 1890 kr and buy a new ticket still! that's about a total loss of 3000kr. I have never seen a useless company like this one. Just buy the adult ticket if you can.

Horrible app! I issued my student card, they sent me a confirmation e-mail, it's already been a week and I still do not have my card as the app does not recognise my personnumer! And when I sent them screenshots and asked them to fix the issue, they just told me to download the app while I already did that, it just does not recognise my personal number and says "we have no information about your studies".

So i get the app to have the discounts on transport right. Because for some reason they won't give you those discounts with a plastic card... But then the app can't even show the digital card anyway. And the support page just takes me to a page prompting me to download the app, yes, the app that i am currently viewing the page in. It is also really slow and is basically just a web browser.
