Terrible app, perfectly in line with their general service. Update 21/01/2026: Chat does not work, and they have complete removed the option to call. The online contact redirects to the app, which doesn't work. So there are zero options for contacting support for any reason at all. Worst experience possible.

Works unrealiably. Sometimes everything is fine. The past month chat with support hasnt worked. So the app is in fact useless as many times delivery estimates are completely off or the packages are delivered with flex/power of attorney despite never signing up for flex delivery. ive also had multiple packages left out in snow and rain at the wrong apartment including an expensive 3D printer. And the delivery photos always leaves out the plaque with the adress on the door out of picture.

"Enter this code on the screen to pick up your parcel" There is no screen to enter anything on, so I can't get my package. Great. The app has all the permissions in the world, my location services and Bluetooth are on, yet I still can't get my package.
