I just want to share my experience with this app. It helps me lose weight. Way back 2014. At first I was just like, Pfft. Will this work? It's so easy a 7minute workout. But on my first try hahaha I wasn't able to finish the whole 7mins. But as the time passed with determination I was able to finish the 7mins then do it twice the 4times. And it was very easy. My body adjust and I add more workout. I was 65kgs that time and down to 55kgs with the help of this app. I really loved this. Honestly. Losing weight needs discipline. But you have to do it for yourself.
My respect for this app and its makers has really dropped. It was fine while it was free and you could pay £2 or so for a specific workout. But now you have to get a subscription to get anything other than the basic workout, or watch pushy and obnoxious long ads. No thanks. I voted with my feet and switched to the Johnson & Johnson app which is actually free, no ads, and has lots of different exercises.
Lost 10kg with this one! And changing my food routine, but only cutting some foods wouldn't make me reach this goal. I started doing 7 minutes once a day, later switched to doing it twice a day. 3-4 months, -10kg plus really fit body. Love it! And really helps getting into working out routine after being lazy for months. Highly recommended !
I didn't like this app because it doesn't tell you how to do each exercise properly, it goes way too fast, and it doesn't tell you how to do the exercises in a modified way if you can't do them. Also, it needs music or background noise of some kind because it's pretty dull without some kind of sound. Over all, but an app for me
This workout, even though it's only 7 minutes, I can still find an excuse not to exercise, but it's a lot harder not to exercise! Varying the workouts and adding weights for extra resistance on several activities helps maximize the benefits too. Excellent app.
So far I like it but it would be nice if it gave you a warning on what you will need to do the excersises. Started a workout and had to do a wall sit, had to pause to find a wall. Then had step-ups, had to pause and find something to use for step-ups. Would be nice if there was a preview screen saying I'll need "a empty wall, chair/stool, etc.."
