SMHI's forecasts are produced by our experts, based on science, and extend 10 days ahead. In the app, you get direct access to warnings and messages issued by SMHI when there is a risk of severe weather in Sweden. The app is ad-free and free to use.

seems SMHI is the only weather app in the world that lists temperature forecasts in night/day sequence instead of day/night, and then also does not provide a header to the temperature columns. Strange. Noteworthy that app logs show endless fails on hostname lookup for wpt-android.smhi.se, maybe good to fix this.

okay but not much more. They should take a look at DMI and YR for inspiration. This app lacks map features like temperature.

UI is clunky. Weather warnings take up upper 1/3 of app screen even when there are none and can't be removed. Searching does not work, at all, you can only set position by enabling GPS and setting start page position is also GPS only. The only upside is that info appears somewhat accurate and the app is free. Had a programming/UI student handed this in I would have given them an F and told them to rethink their career path. Only redeeming quality is accuracy. Do better.
