An honest sound level meter.
Phone microphones vary, and no app can change that. This one is honest about it: calibrate once against a meter you trust, and yours will read true from then on.
• Big dB readout with a colored bar: green below 85 dB, red above
• Min, average and peak since you started, with one-tap reset
• Hold freezes the reading so you can note it down
• Reference scale on screen: 30 whisper, 60 conversation, 85 heavy traffic, 100 concert, 120 painful
• Calibration offset stored on your phone; long-press to reset
• Sound is measured live and never recorded. Nothing leaves the phone.
• Ads never appear while you measure. The banner exists only while the meter is stopped.
A small one-time purchase removes ads forever.
