· look up your colleagues in the built-in phone book
· see their status and choose to call or transfer calls
· show your colleagues that your are in a call or if you have an active absence
· easily change displayed number for outgoing calls
· as an agent in a group number log in and out, see the status of you queues and call log for group numbers
