I cannot install eSIM from the app,. My phone is compatible. When I press the installation button within the app, nothing happens. I tried to generate a QR-code for installation on another device, the QR-code has not been generated - just an white empty square. I tried to install eSIM with and without the physical SIM inserted in the phone, I reinstalled the app, nothing worked. I contacted Telenor client support via phone, they couldn't solve the problem, no idea why it's not working.

Having an issue with adding payement. I succesfuly finish off the 3D (verified by VISA) part, and then the app just shows a blue screen with a looping circle... which goes on forever. I'd love to make use of the get the 6th ladda for free, but as things are now, I won't be getting the benefit.
