We are Sweden's largest exercise tour just for girls! The spring rush is the race for those who love the joy of movement and community. Choose to run, jog or walk 2.5 or 5 kilometers at your own pace. Bring your friends or colleagues and form teams of five and we'll offer a picnic* after the finish line! Download the app to take part in training programs, inspiring content, your very own training diary and tips from partners and sponsors.
If you don't have the opportunity to be there in one of the 20 cities that the tour visits, you can run the race wherever you want with Vårruset Digitalt. Then you register your race using GPS measurement, in the app or with a GPS watch. The app supports watches from Garmin, Suunto and Polar. You can also register your race completely manually if you do not want to use GPS measurement. Regardless of where and how you run, you will get Vårruset's nice medal!
