About this app

Practice mindfulness and acceptance with these exercises, designed to train your ability to be in the here and now. They are excellent to use on your own, but can also be a good complement to work in contact with a psychologist.

Conscious presence is sometimes called mindfulness and sometimes in psychotherapy simply "contact with the present". Being consciously present in the present moment is a basic tool that can help us when life challenges us in different ways. It can help us relate to troublesome thoughts, feelings and body sensations, but also to experience life's positive moments more present.

The exercises are developed by psychologists, physiotherapists and occupational therapists based on the psychological treatment method Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), which is part of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT).

The app is free to download, with some unlocked exercises that you can try to see if they suit you. Unlock the rest of the content by subscribing within the app.
