Ratings and reviews

Limited features, and inconsistent functionality or completely dysfunctional. For instance, the app has been stuck with "Ready to unlock" as the only remote lock status, and has not been able to remotely lock or unlock for about a week. Also, the remote AC/climate control has not temp control and is hardly noticeable when used in Florida.

The app does well what it advertises, but that is really not much. You can preheat / precool the car, see the current battery charge (I have an electric C40) and if it's plugged in and charging or not. Also, you can enable location logging. That's it. There is no history, no stats of any kind, nothing.

I'm not having connectivity issues, but the app is pretty bare in terms of features. I can lock/unlock, see the charge level, and turn on climate (but cannot set the temp) Needs some additional features to be competitive with other vehicle manufacturers. Seems silly that the app is so limited when the OS in the vehicle feels like you're driving a smart phone.
