Ratings and reviews

I've used this service several times and have always been impressed with how smooth everything runs and the excellent condition of the cars. However, there's a significant downside: needing to return the car to the original pickup spot. This requirement really limits the service's convenience. It would be great if this could be changed to make it more practical.

The app doesn't recognize my drivers license no matter how many times I take the picture; it says is not supported. Also, I have a letter from Transportstyrelsen for using my license while in Sweden but it doesn't even ask me that. It simply doesn't allow me to register. In addition, the app is not well optimized and it has to be restarted many times to load correctly (I clarify that is not the internet). Please fix it because I need to use a car and it's getting frustrating.

Can't get past login because the bank ID widget is not working and there's no alternative, therefore, cannot rent a car. Leaving the sign-up/ login process broken during the weekend is a bad idea! Lost a customer for today..
