The CTSeller NG mobile app is a complimentary product to the Seller CTBIDS website that provides operational support for CTBIDS sellers while mobile. Use of this application requires an existing account in Seller CTBIDS to be properly used. This mobile app is not a companion to the powerful auction site CTBIDS.com.

Ratings and reviews

Horrible optimized, and not user friendly. The uploading is horrible bugged and most of the time doesn't work. Taking photos is a 50/50 on if the app will actually take it and not just glitch out. Photos won't be saved to your phone for the longest time. The app just doesn't work most of the time, and most of the issue never gets addressed. (1/12/2026, yeah they dont listen at all, their new update didn't fix any of the previous issues and added a bunch more, most of them just wasting you time.

The camera option in the app is worse than your phone's camera. However, if you don't use their camera, this app always makes duplicates of ALL the photos I upload for lots. Resulting in hundreds of duplicates taking up space on my phone. I have had to delete duplicates TWICE on many occasions. It just keeps creating duplicates.

The variations for the size of the picture are totally incorrect. They're actually all the same they just shrink or enlarge on the screen. That's not what those options are supposed to do 😅. Please look at a cell phone camera screen and fix the app. 🤞🏼
