Great classes - lots of variety with hot classes like yoga and pilates. Definitely is your wellness hub for strength, stretching and healing. The instructors are very friendly and warm. Classes are challenging and effective. Both locations are clean and there are lots of different equipment to continuously challenge your body. I definitely recommend this place 10/10.
