Very bad system integration especially for old accounts with unclear instructions and user experience. There should have been a few prompters to remind users of certain things such as 'make sure you have xxx' etc. These would have allowed the old accounts to know what are the right steps for them to take before proceeding with any form of booking. These are lacking to make the user experience sufficient.

You ruined the app. Now I can't take a screenshot while using the app. How the hell am I suppose to top up via paynow while using the app now? Might as well just continue using the website instead. Plus since the beginning also, the app refreshes after 2 seconds after you first launch it. So any pop up that appears when you just launched the app just disappears after 2 seconds.

If someone put a gun to my head and said that he'll only let me go if I successfully booked a single practical lesson on the CDC app without the app breaking down and forcing me to change my password out of nowhere while slots for lessons are being snatched because some genius decided to only make booking available at one specific time on one specific day of each month, I'd simply have to accept that I was going to die. I'd rather hammer rusty nails into my eyes than use the CDC app.
