Again, app failed early this morning. Showed fares as just a few dollars. Couldn't get any taxis. Tried calling in, waited till it sent me to operator, no response. Guess that app wasn't working, again. It's frustrating as we wait around and don't realise it's not working as it just shows it's searching. Really frustrating 😤 It fails repeatedly especially early in the mornings as its the 3rd time I've encountered in a year. Or your cabs cancelled. Want to support cab drivers also difficult.

Horrible app, constantly saying payment failure even though the same card has been working for days. Wasn't able to find rides at airport and when it did, (allegedly) told me and the driver different door numbers and call function wasn't working so I got a no show charge. Overall, if you are visiting, use Grab instead. This app is a joke.

Has ads. Stupidest booking app ever! Don't use in a hurry. Whats the point of favorite destinations but you can't use them in future? 90% detects wrong pickup location and when you want to edit pickup it automatically goes to the destination field. No other app does this! So if you're in a hurry and not paying attention, it is near impossible to delete once taxi arrives. If autopay, you need to call customer service and after a long list of questioning they refund in 3-5 working days.
