The app keeps showing "We Are Experiencing Connectivity Issues, Please Try Again Later" when I try to view my appointments & bills. How am I suppose to make payments for the bills using the app or viewing full list of appointments? Kindly provide alternative(s) for making payments to avoid charging late payment fees. There was no notification when appointment was generated by the system. Lucky I login to check, otherwise I may miss the appointment(s). Kindly resolve all these issues asap.

When trying to retrieve my past bills for claims purposes, the app keeps showing "We are experiencing a connectivity issue. Please try again later". This has persisted for days and is also present on other devices. Incredibly frustrating as NUH doesn't have a physical business office yet the app is malfunctioning.

Cant even describe how useless and frustrating this app is and we are being asked by the hospital staff to use it at every opportunity. This app serves none of its intended purpose. Constant connectivity issue, cant navigate the app at all. Doesn't even provide the link to join teleconsult and yet it is the only way to do so. Please do something to this app or shut it down. Least you can do is stop asking everyone to use it when it does NOT work.
