Recently, i have not be able to open my Workpal app. Apparently, after i put in my security eg Singpass password, the app will just automatically exit by itself. The app has been very helpful all these while, especially for my work related matters. Appreciate if this could be resolves the soonest or advise me on the issues. Thank you.

I experience periodic difficulties to log in to the app. Now I am experiencing it all over again. Its very draining using such an app. I use it on a very frequent basis to approve my colleagues time off, OT, early clock it, leave approval etc. I cleared the cache, uninstall n reinstall the app, on n off the phone, uninstall n reinstall the SingPass app but nothing seems 2wk.. [UPDATES] WorkPal Team - Thanks for the fast response in resolving the issues. I am not able to assess the app and task.

Android 14 users are unable to use modules that use iView. We get the error message: "Could not open iView. The iView is not compatible with your browser, operating system, or device. Contact your system administrator for more information." I have another phone that is still running on Android 13 and it works fine. Please update the app!
