COMMON ISSUES

If you’re encountering a “request expired” prompt, try setting your device to use “Automatic Date & Time” or “Automatic Timezone”. The exact name may differ according to your device, and can be found in your device settings.

Ratings and reviews

no consideration for overseas Singaporeans without Singapore mobile number. Alternative log in method using Facial Verification is not accessible in app and there is no available guide online on how to fix it

As one of the most important App for Singaporean, but the App is full of bugs. Need to re-verity once a year. During verification, don't send you SMS OTP, so cannot use the App. What a disgrace to the developer.

The scan function used to be very quick on my old phone (Pixel 8 Pro), etc, when i click scan, the scanner will pop up immediately, however, on my new phone (Oppo Find X9 pro), it takes a while (20 seconds) for the scanner to appear after tapping scan. cleared cache and reinstalled Singpass, and re-allowed camera permissions but this issue still exists..
