COMMON ISSUES

If you’re encountering a “request expired” prompt, try setting your device to use “Automatic Date & Time” or “Automatic Timezone”. The exact name may differ according to your device, and can be found in your device settings.

Ratings and reviews

My only gripe with this app is its face verification functionality. It is absolute DOGSHIT. On mobile, it doesn't work with Brave browser (I had to default back to Chrome), face verification algorithm can't detect my face due to various technicalities like bright lighting, face movement, etc. I kept getting timed out and it's incredibly frustrating. The worst thing is that they decided that this will be the de facto standard for authorization instead of good ole SMS 2FA.

I have no idea why but recently my singpass keeps crashing every time I try to open it on my phone (Xiaomi redmii note 14+). previously, when I changed my phone it was fine but about a few months back (can't exactly remember when) my singpass keeps crashing, I can't even do login via singpass on other apps. the app doesn't requires an update and I reinstalled it previously to get it to work. but I really don't want to keep reinstalling it every time it doesn't work

Doesn't work on my phone (Google Pixel 9). Called in to the hotline multiple times to try to fix the problem but support is unresponsive and never got a callback. Update: 1 year later and still facing the same issue. Been living for a year locked out of Singpass. Please help
