COMMON ISSUES

If you’re encountering a “request expired” prompt, try setting your device to use “Automatic Date & Time” or “Automatic Timezone”. The exact name may differ according to your device, and can be found in your device settings.

Ratings and reviews

The scan function used to be very quick on my old phone (Pixel 8 Pro), etc, when i click scan, the scanner will pop up immediately, however, on my new phone (Oppo Find X9 pro), it takes a while (20 seconds) for the scanner to appear after tapping scan. cleared cache and reinstalled Singpass, and re-allowed camera permissions but this issue still exists..

Worst app in existence. Actual trash that im forced to use. Looks good but gives a million errors when im trying to get something done and wastes a ridiculous amount of my time, actually absurd. Some error messages I get in the span of an hour+ process: 1. Download the Singpass app, I literally just logged in to it?? 2. This site cant ask for your permission. 3. Camera permissions required. (I already enabled camera permissions) 4. Use another way to verify. (THERE IS NO OTHER WAY)

I can't remember that I have key in any passcode. I only know the password from the good old days. trying to use singpass but what asked to key in passcode. trying to "use forget passcode". but was unable to do so. been using singpass without issue since day one. not very happy w this passcode thing. now I totally can't access my singpass.
