The recent Eat, Drink, Shop Healthy Challenge is unfair. Partners and suppliers are keeping the QR cards for themselves. When asked, they will say that they do not have the cards to issue. But I saw a stack of the QR on their desk.
QR code scanning is terrible. Can't detect the FairPrice QR code most of the time. Limited apps support. Not everyone owns a Fitbit or other health watches. This app is meant to target the whole of Singapore. The user experience is amazingly bad.
Steps can't be sync properly. Have called in and was told there will be an update to address this issue, but then I would have lost out on my previous steps accumulated. Hopefully a suitable fix can be provided
Slow and always connect to server take so long. Unable to restore back profiles called HPB and they said App only support new version OS ,(the latest bugs fix update on 30 Aug still not solve any problems on the OS issue) that's the worst smart move to smart nation.
Good intention but doesn't serve people like me who cant track my steps. Scanning of QR code for the challenge must be done same day or else you lose the points. Overall, I haven't quite bothered to check out the overall app. Doesn't look too interesting
kjjThis app has various issues! Seriously I don't know if the team read all the reviews. Which most are not solve. I download the app. Fill in every line. The last was the QR code scan. I'm holding the receipts but it's not doing anything nor it's snapping and going the next thing that I'm suppose to do. After reading the reviews and the dates submitted. I'm guessing the developer not bothered at all. I hope those reading this will not waste their time.
